Dino Boaro

Born in Turin in 1972, joined Hydrodata in 1996, where he works within the data management unit as an IT expert specializing in the development of thematic databases. Since 1996, he has been the internal point of contact for hardware and software support. Since 2002, he has been responsible for the digitalization of data processing procedures to support production. Since 2014, he has been in charge of the company's IT systems, and as of September 2024, he is also part of the Operation area within the Digital & Technology function of Alperia Spa.
Sabrina Santino

Born in Turin in 1967, joined Hydrodata in 1989. Since 1991, she has been responsible for the Secretariat team.
Since 1993, she has been in charge of General Services, where she assists the Administration and Management Control function in monitoring production and managing debt collection, and supports the Delegated Manager on regulatory matters related to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and ISO 45001 standards.
Since 2018, she has also been responsible for Logistics, particularly overseeing the management of the supplier database and purchase orders.
Laura Mazzariol

Born in Venaria Reale in 1973, with a degree in architecture, she has been working in Hydrodata since 2003 as an expert in geographic information systems, cartography and geodatabases. She deals with technical documents for the environmental and landscape assessment of hydraulic works. Since 2022, she has also managed the company’s external and internal communication, through the website, social networks and the organisation of events. Since 2022 she has been the contact person for corporate communication, since 2024 she has been responsible for Communication in collaboration with the Operations Management.
Luca Fresia
Head of Engineering and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) Division
Born in Turin in 1976, he has a degree in hydraulic civil engineering and has been head of the Engineering Division since 2014; Project Manager experienced in the planning, study and design of river arrangements, hydraulic transport infrastructures, energy production, drainage, urban hydraulics, reclamation and irrigation. An expert in EPCM, he coordinates the personnel within the Division.

Born in Bra (CN) in 1990, with a degree in hydraulic engineering, she has been working in Hydrodata since 2015 and since February 2023 she has been in charge of the Models and Measurements Laboratory Division. Specialised in hydrology, analysis and management of water resources, flood prevention and management, ecological, environmental, water and sediment quality studies and analyses, hydrological and hydrogeological monitoring systems, physical models, hydraulic, hydrological and hydrogeological measurements, plant tests and calibrations (diversions, releases and fish passes), assessments of Ecological Flow.
