Hydraulics and modelling
Hydrodata carries out analysis, consultancy, study and design activities in the field of hydrology and hydraulics, with the support of advanced numerical modelling representing hydrodynamics, geomorphological evolution of rivers and processes both physical-chemical (advection-dispersion, degradation of pollutants) and ecological (nutrient cycle, trophic processes, eutrophication).
The Laboratory operates in the area with the execution of qualitative and quantitative monitoring of surface and groundwater, investigations on soil and subsoil, control of landslides, implementation of sediment management operations, hydraulic tests and experiments on plants, inspections and classifications of works, topographic-bathymetric surveys, seismic tests and creation of physical models.
