The company’s system for the management of workers’ health and safety complies with the international standard ISO 45001:2018.
Financial Statement
By virtue of art. 2 bis c. 3 second sentence of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, of the basic resolution 1134/2017 ANAC, point 2.3 and Annex 1, of the resolution 141/2019 ANAC and Annexes, Hydrodata makes available the latest approved financial statements and certificate of publication of the legal representative.
Whisteblowing
Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 implemented in Italy the EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on whistleblowing (so-called Whistleblowing) relating to violations of national and European Union regulatory provisions of which one have become aware in the context of one’s work context.
In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned decree, the ALPERIA Group, of which Hydrodata S.p.A. is a part, has adapted its whistleblowing reporting channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting personnel, the person involved and anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report.

Organisational model
Legislative Decree no. 231/2001
Hydrodata has adhered to the organisational, management and control model suitable for preventing crimes, adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. Here it is possible to view the Code of Ethics that constitutes the foundation of this model, recalling the ethical values to which Hydrodata is inspired and to which all staff and collaborators, suppliers and partners must comply in the performance of the tasks and functions entrusted to them, to ensure that Hydrodata’s activity is carried out in compliance with the regulations, in a framework of fair competition, with honesty, integrity, fairness and good faith, respecting the legitimate interests of all stakeholders. The supervisory body is composed of Fabrizio Voltan and Valentino Ferri.
